First time confusion

Friday I had a bad case of the stomach bug and spent most of the night puking my guts out. (Hubby has it Thursday so it’s not morning sickness) Yesterday for some reason I felt like I should take a test and my eyes about bugged out when I got the bottom one so I ran to my dresser and grabbed the clear blue and tested again just to be sure. Today I’m having weird twinges and brown spotting which has me a little concerned. Is it possible it was a false positive from being dehydrated? I was only 11 dpo on Sunday. I tested again this morning but it was super super faint. Not sure if it was an indent line. Am I jumping the gun? Do I call the doctor or just wait it out?
