I miscarried almost 3 weeks ago. Bled for 4/5 days.

After a week I tested again and so did the hospital was a BFN.

Today I tested again I got this

We’ve had sex since I’ve stopped bleeding. I don’t know when I ovulated either too.

Any thoughts?
