I hurt so bad 😓😥

I moved this past weekend and I hurt SO bad today. I cant even stand up straight. Walking around work is embarrassing and exhausting. It's like everyone tells me to take it easy and put my feet up then when I actually need to take it easy I'm not allowed to I still have to go to work. My husband doesnt even get how much it takes to get in and out of my car. I've taken all the tylenol a person is allowed to take in 24 hours it hurts to sit, stand, walk, stretch. My arms back and legs are sore and I'm having sharp pains in my lower belly. I'm just miserable. And since I cant complain in the real world I guess I'm doing it on here. Thanks for listening
