PCOS and metformin
Ladies! I need help, I have been diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and my doctor has me on a high dose of Metformin. I have only taken it twice so far (right before bed) and so far I have been having awful cramps, nausea, headaches and diarrhea. Anyone who has or is taking metformin, is there anything to help ease the symptoms?
