Getting back together

So me and my long term boyfriend broke up not so long ago and were working towards getting back together because were still mad about each other after three years. The only issue is one of his friends keeps making up lies about what I’m doing or who I’m with but he won’t tell me who and won’t believe I’ve done nothing wrong what should I say?
