Coughing so hard

I’ve been super sick with a bad cold today I’ve had a very bad cough and as I coughed I felt like a pull or stab pain in my vagina into my lower stomach!! Should I be concerned? Not to be funny but from coughing so much I feel like my baby is about to fall out
