I need help..

I’m not sure what to do.. I feel like a terrible mom and can’t stop crying..

was walking to go potty. Had my sweet little 3 month old in my arms.. my so likes to keep our room pitch black and I couldn’t see anything. I ended up tripping over a cord and ran into the wall.. I am not sure how hard he hit the wall. But I know it was his head and he cried for a while afterwards. He was asleep when it happened so I know it scared him. But I have no idea if I hurt him...

he’s right back asleep after wards..

I put a wrapped ice pack on it for 10 seconds to try and prevent and swelling if it happens... I’m just freaking out.. please help.
