I seriously can’t watch any scary movies or scary shows, I decided it would be maybe fine last night and it wasn’t, we were watching z nation it was pretty good but i have major ptsd and anxiety.. went to bed I take prazosin and it didn’t even touch my ptsd, I woke up from a hellish nightmare with a full blow panic attack leaving me shaking, stomach hurting, racing heart, fear of the dark, fear of my home.. I don’t understand why I have to be this way I wish I were Normal.
