Okay me and my husband had sex on the 1st of this month today is the 5th and I started mildly cramping on and off with dull lower back pain I spotted very very very faint pink like when I wiped it was barely there and it stopped this isn't normal for me and my question is can you conceive 8 day's before your cycle? And could this possibly be implantation bleeding?

If you ovulate 8 days before your period begins, you can get pregnant 8 days before your period begins. Find out when you usually ovulate. It’s usually 14 days before your period begins but every woman is different. Some women ovulate just a few days after their period ends, some a few days before it begins. It just depends on the woman. You only ovulate for 24-48 hours but sorry can live inside you for about 5 days. So if you have unprotected sex within 5 days of ovulation (which, again, can occur at any time during your cycle so you should be aware of when that time is) you can and most likely will get pregnant. 
It’s very likely that was implantation bleeding. I usually test a day after I first miss my period.
