9 days till AF arrives &...

9 days before AF arrives...today I’ve been cramping on & off, feel heavy, sore lower back & anyone gone through this 9 days before AF. It’s both sides cramping & under my belly button. I didn’t notice anything with the last until week 4 dizziness...this is my first cycle after MC.

Wrote this in the AM, now PM & I’m feeling so ill, nauseas but not puke nauseas more just in my belly/oesophagus, sore boobs, I felt but dizzy - whilst sitting down watching tv? Gassy & a few cramps on & off. I just woke up from a 4 hour nap still tired struggling to keep my eyes open, fast heart beat & breathing 😩🤞🏼
