Uti or something more?

Question

For the past week i been having a lot of pressue well i got a urine culture on monday. These are my results. I don't really understand them so if someone does that be great. I already called the doctor and I'm waiting for a call back. Also i do have gestional diabetes.

Doctor called said no UTI and doesn't seem to concerned.

From what I can tell you do not have a UTI. If you had your leuccocits would be high, most likely you would have nitrite in the urine and some epitelial cells as well. 
I have had quite a few... more than 20 in my life and those are the things they usually look after.

Looks like your WBC and bacteria are elevated which indicates an infection. Probably standard UTI that needs a course of antibiotics. Definitely wait until your doctor calls to know for sure though. Good luck momma!
