I’m 21 and really want to switch doctors. I’ve been going to teen and adolescents for years and think it’s time to see a gyno. Do I call them and ask can they send my information over? I’m not sure what to do.

Yes, just call an OBGYN that accepts your insurance & make an appointment.  If you haven’t had any pertinent health issues, they may not even need the records.
