What the hell is this?

Hi all, I got an iud 6 months ago and got a new bf. We’ve had unprotected sex but I never thought to get an STD test. Today when I pulled my underwear down to pee, this was on my underwear. Does this look like an std or could it just be my uterine lining shedding. I touched it so it looks chunky now but it originally just looked like a big clump similar to the one at the top left. PLEASE GIVE ME FEEDBACK YALL!

Honestly I would get tested. Looks like some sort of infection.

I was told by my gyn years ago that an iud is only good if you are in a monogamous relationship bc unprotected sex with more than one person (not at one time but while having the iud) puts you at a very high risk for PID (pelvic inflammatory disease).
Because of him telling me that i did not get one bc I knew I was not going to settle down and get married anytime soon.  
Not sure if he was right but just wanted to share the info.
