Colic/Reflux Question

Our daughter has an appointment with her pcp in a few days so until then just wanted some advice from moms with experience. My girl is 5 weeks old and in the last week has gotten fussy in the evenings. She will cry hard for about 10 minutes, then we can get her to calm down by either rocking or her pacifier. She will start to fall asleep but then something will jerk her awake and we start the process again. I know the rule of 3’s for colic, but other signs (drawing legs to chest, clenching fists) she doesn’t do. She is however super gassy, tends to spit up after every other feeding and will arch her back, stretch out hard when she cries. Is this just a phase (wonder weeks) or does it seem like she has one over the other? Obviously her pcp will do an official diagnosis but just wanted some input before then. She’s formula fed as well.
