The Mini Pill & Frequent Yeast Infections?

Ever since I had my baby last August, I’ve been on the mini pill. However, ever since I had her, I’ve also been experiencing really frequent yeast infections—it seriously seems like I have one more often than not. I’ve been into the OBGYN about it multiple times, and each time, they do a culture, confirm it’s yeast, and prescribe Fluconazole (my infections have been resistant to OTC treatment). Mind you, before I had my baby, I’d only ever had 2 yeast infections in my whole life, so idk what the hell is up lately! Has anyone else experienced frequent yeast infections as a side effect of the mini pill? Or are they just more common postpartum (this is my first baby)? My doctor said I could switch to an IUD instead, but I’ve heard not so great things about IUDs...
