Getting sick 😩

Pretty sure I’m coming down with a flu and I’m so afraid to pass it on to my baby even though I got the flu shot while pregnant and I’ve only been out of the house a handful of times since baby’s born, mostly for doctors appointments. I’m up nursing baby and have had a headache all day that’s just getting worse, now my skin is hot to the touch but I get chills and body aches and feel wobbly/weak when standing 😫 anyone know what’s safe to take while nursing?
