Asking so I dont worry myself to death

Okay so I've been having pain in my right side for a few years now. I just went to the er about it Thursday and last night they called me to a check up to see if I was feeling better. The lady said that my test came back my (cat scan) and it shows that I have a cyst on my right ovary.. after i had my second son back in 2013 on my 6 week check up he found that I had pre cancer cells growing on my right side on my survicx. I got through that good. I now have 3 sons. So Is it just me that the right side is a target for bad things to happen to or what! My right ear hurts. My left ear has a air pocket behind the ear drum.

My question is should I be worried like I am.

?2 is it ironic that everything that is inside my that I'm worried about is ob my right side.

?3 is could all this come back to the cyst? All my abnormal paps and everything
