Would you say anything?

I was at a family party and this one guy had brought his 2 year and 5 year old. As he’s at the table, he starts talking about how he taught his 2 year old the phrase “big cock” and how to use to his arms to explain how big the two year old’s was. Then he tells the two year old that the boy’s grandfather “has a big one too” and encourages his child to use cuss words and other inappropriate language. He parades on about how he thinks it’s hilarious he taught him this.

I know it’s not my kid but I feel like that’s highly inappropriate to encourage in such a young child.
