Morning after pill

I took plan b less than 40 hours after my partner and I had sex. He only had his penis in me for about 3 seconds and then we used a condom. I was worried about pre-cum so I took a plan b to be safe. Should I be worried? I’m usually on the pill but I was on antibiotics the day after we had sex.
