Breasts are sore and leak when I press them

I haven’t breastfeed in over 1 years. Today before I hop in the shower my breast kinda hurt a bit. So I’m giving them a check. When I get to my nipples I see the “milk ducts” kind of soft I accidentally pressed my left boob and some colostrum liked liquid comes out not much though. I freaked out so I check the other one. Same thing happened is this normal?

Update 2/12/19: so I’m going today to my doctor. To rule anything out. Whether is hormonal, pregnancy or the worst.
