Energy Drink & Breastfeeding
Question....I love energy drinks! Especially during the summer time. Obviously I know it’s not good to drink them while breastfeeding, but do you think when you drink one you could pump and dump milk just like you would when drinking alcohol...Does anyone know how long it would stay in my system??
