Hello gorgeous mamas,
I’m resuming work tomorrow 02/11 and I’m very sad and emotional. My MIl will be watching my 3 month old baby for 6hours. I’m so afraid my baby will forget about me and lose our bond. Could someone please share their stories to just get a peace of min? I have been tearing since this morning while I was gathering the stuff that I will be dropping at my in laws.

My kids have all been watched by my mother from 3 months on to almost 1 year due to having to go back to work. The baby wont forget you. The best feeling is when you come back and their little face lights up seeing yours.

This was my fear when I started back to work when my LO was around 3 months. She’s now almost 8 months, and the way her face lights up when I walk through the door!! I get a greeting that nobody else does. Your baby definitely will not forget you.

They won’t forget you! My son started daycare at 3 months old, he’s 2.5 now and he still lights up when he comes home and sees me (my SO picks him up). He always comes to see me right away, as a baby we snuggled for a while and as he’s gotten older he tells me the best part of his day.

Your baby will not forget about you. Trust me. My son is with a sitter from 7:45am until 4pm Monday through Friday. This started at 8weeks and he is now 2 years old. He is my shadow haha.
