Ughhhhhhhhhhhh I hate living in an apartment sometimes! The neighbors are so shitty and rude when it comes to everything including parking.

Today the guy on the 2nd floor came home, he drives a full size pick up truck so I know they can take up a bit more space than other vehicles but this shit is just plain rude! The guy parked half in two spots effectively taking both spots AND both these spots are the ones closest to the stairs.

So now he's being a jerk and inconsiderate of his fellow neighbors. He's probably saving the spot for his girlfriend who doesn't even live here and brings her dog over when our leases specifically say no pets allowed. Plus they smoke cigarettes in his apartment (only when she's over) and it makes the entire stairwell reek, it's disgusting.
