FTM need breastfeeding help

My milk came in as soon as we left the hospital on Friday. They are large and engorged. Baby nurses every three hours for about 15-30 minutes. I’ve pumped for relief but scared to keep pumping bc I am producing so much milk. I am constantly leaking. And my breasts are swollen and lumpy. Is this normal for a certain amount of time when your milk comes in? Milk started coming in Friday and it’s now Sunday. I have done heat compress and cold. I’m not sure what to do about getting my breasts down and getting rid of the lumps.
