What did you do when baby started sleeping through the night?

My baby just this weekend started sleeping through the night and I wake up in the morning in soooo much pain 🤧 and he’s not typically a morning eater so he can’t help me at all, do I pump at night? Do I just wake up in pain and pump when I wake up? I don’t want my supply to go down because he’s sleeping through the night :( he’s EBF and I pump once on days that I work around 8am.

I pump an hr after his last feeding at night because I had the same issue. My body has regulated itself but just to be sure, I pump. That pain is no joke!

You’ll adjust. It’s hard the first few nights. Just nurse immediately in the morning. Our bodies are so amazing-

I guess your boobs should get used to it and your milk production adjust to him sleeping through; might take a few days though. If he wasn't interested in feeding when he wakes in the morning, I'd pump then and enjoy getting some proper sleep beforehand.
