Advice: Conceiving after dormant STI?

My partner and I have been married a decade and never had a pregnancy scare. We've been with 1 other person together a few years ago and foolishly never got tested for STDs (stupid stupid stupid! ALWAYS GET TESTED!)

I never had any issues until recently I had a cyst (blocked sweat duct caused an external cyst on labia) and vinegar smell. The Dr. Told me I have chlamydia..

I'm so scared my negligence has ruined my chances of conceiving! And worried about what my husband will say or think or suspect.. I feel like I failed us both.

Its been 5 years since we had sex with another person (3some )--has anyone successfully conceived after such a long dormant sti?
