Here's to a healthier me! I've started working out. Starting out with every other day. I've downloaded a nice home workout app that helps me work on each part of my body specifically as well as full body workouts. Currently I'm 142 pounds and 5 foot tall so I'm considered "overweight." My goal is 112 pounds and I give my myself 6 months to hit it maybe sooner. I recently got engaged and we want to get married in August in 2-4 years. So I want to look my best and get to a certain weight before I find my dress. I can't wait to hopefully start seeing results!! 😍💍🏋🏻‍♀️
