Should I trigger?

Hi ladies! So I went in today for my cd#10 scan and I have 4 follicles. 2 on my right ovary sizes 13 and 14 and 2 on the left sizes 15.5 and 17. My RE advised just to keep doing the opks and have intercourse but not to trigger because the risk of multiples is too high. The thing is that last cycle I had 2 good ones and got a bfn. And my lining after removing my mirena is not getting thick enough. Today it is at 6 mm with a trilaminar appearance. What would you do? I really wouldn’t want to take the risk and end up with triplets. I would be ok with one or even two babies.

Honestly, I really don’t see the smaller ones catching up. I think you’d be fine even if they did though.
I’d trigger. But that’s just me. Especially if you’re doing TI. I did an IUI with 3 follicles and conceived one baby, so I think you’d be safe to trigger with TI.

The 13 and 14 are so far behind the leading follicle that I would probably risk it. If you wait a day then trigger the smaller two probably wouldn’t even be big enough to be viable anyways but the 15.5 and the 17 would be
