No period and pregnancy tests are negative

Hello ladies! I’m 2 days into my missed period. I was on birth control for 13 years total. Before birth control I was always very regular with my period and the last 2 months off birth control I was very regular as well... This month my period is two days late and I’ve taken 2 pregnancy tests and both are negative as well. I have symptoms of fullness in my uterus, mild cramping, boobs seem larger today, and some mild lower back pain. I thought my period was starting on Friday and it never came besides light light pink on the toilet paper for 1-2 days and nothing now.

When you don’t get your period and you don’t get positive pregnancy tests how long should I wait to go to the doctor before I have them do a blood test?

I’m trying to be patient but it’s so hard!! Thank you for you’re input- I really appreciate it!
