Help!!!!!

I am getting overwhelmed and stressed by my one year old! She follows me around the house and cries NON stop until I pick her up! She does not do this to anyone else! I try to not give in to her crying and she won’t stop for almost an hour! But I get so frustrated i have to give in and pick her up. Please does anyone have any advice I can’t take this any longer! 😭 she won’t sleep all night she wakes up and cries and cries for you to come get her to bring her to my bed! How can I break her of these habits?? Please help!!!!
