HELP!! 5 month has 100.8 temp

So today I took my 5 month son in for a check up, as he has had stool problems. Aside of that he was late for shots. So all together there was 5 shots some combined. But now my little man has almost like diarrhea. And I just woke up and felt him

And he is warm. I took his temp and it’s (101.2) I tried to give milk, but he would not drink it. Then I gave water and he drank that. Now his temp is 100.8. Is this normal after so many shots? Or is it even because of the shots?
