So I had a growth scan at 36+6 and my baby has DOUBLED in weight in 4 weeks, since my scan at 32+6. I had my glucose test at 27 weeks and the result was fine, but the consultant said that it's possible i've developed Gestational Diabetes and that if so, it could cause complications on delivery. So I have to test my blood sugars 4 times a day and go back on Friday at 37+6. She told me to prepare myself to be induced.

Does she mean I will be induced on Friday when i go back to discuss results or will she book me in for a date? I'm so confused and so anxious about it 😭
