Tmi little blood

Hey guys what would you say this is? I have super irregular periods and I have no clue when I'm ovulating me and husband have been having sex 3-4 then 8-11. Its just so confusing becuase I never spot before a period. Its period or nothing. It was very pale pink yesterday. I have no clue when I ovulated and have been having pain in my left lower area if that makes sense. I've also been feeling every single symptom with my son when I was pregnant in the very beginning. Except spotting.
