Taking care of baby teeth

My 9 month old has 6 teeth, how do I clean them? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but do I use toothpaste for babies(if they have that?) or just water. I use her rubber baby toothbrush on her everyday , but just that. I just googled too how to clean her teeth and it said to use fluoride toothpaste which doesn’t seem right as she is only 9 months old and doesn’t know how to rinse? I’m confused lol
