hyperemesis gravidarum?

What do I do? I cant go on living this way! I’m only 12 weeks and I literally feel like I’m going to go crazy because of how sick I am. I’m wondering if I have hyperemesis gravidarum. How do I know? And what do I do if I have it? I cant go to the hospital and get fluids all the time! 😭😭😭😭😭😭 any advice would help!!

My sister in law had it from the very first missed period until a week or so after her son was born. There isn't much you can do but deal with it. If you throw up too much, you will HAVE to go get fluids though. Otherwise you'll be dehydrated and that isn't good for the baby.

If you’re feeling that you truly can’t cope and it’s affecting your daily goings-on, chances are pretty reasonable. It has a range of qualifiers eg 4-5 vomiting sessions a day, or some doctors might say when you can’t keep water or anti-nausea medication down, or they might have other criteria entirely. 
Address it early, as it can really affect your mental health as well later in the pregnancy. That said, don’t listen to a word people tell you about you harming the baby or there being something wrong with you. I’m 37weeks, still sick daily and at our scan last week bub was just shy of 7lbs (whereas I’ve only gained 1kg on the scales from pre-pregnancy) so all the kind family members who have been critical of my apparent ‘choice’ to remain ill 🙄 were quickly silenced 😆 
Hopefully it subsides for you quickly. Some non-medicated things that helped me were maintaining a consistent blood sugar - small snacks often; having dry crackers and hydralyte by the bed to eat during the night if I woke up feeling wretched, and especially before sitting up and getting moving in the morning; staying EXTRA hydrated more than I thought I could ever drink in a day, even now when I have water/bile vomit sessions I don’t stress too much because I drink a lot during the day; having some hard candies to suck on to help with the excess saliva; also not beating myself up about having the ‘perfect’ pregnancy diet and exercise regime I always imagined and just eating what I felt I could stomach, and going for slow 10-15 minute walks around the block for fresh air and blood flow. 
Bear in mind your dental health may suffer, my dentist’s advice was never to brush teeth within 30 minutes of being sick, and just use a mouthwash or bicarb soda in water to get the taste and bacteria out of your mouth. Schedule a checkup as soon as you feel confident you can have someone poking around in your mouth (I couldn’t until 28w!) and they will help address any pregnancy gingivitis which may have arisen as a result of your increased hormones and acidic reflux.

My best friend had it and she was being sick more than 20 times a day, she was in the hospital once every month for fluids and she lost 2 1/2 stone in her first trimester. She couldn't keep anything down, eventually it was her midwife that diagnosed her during a routine appointment because she couldn't even hold a conversation from being sick. If you feel like you are in the same boat don't hesitate to call your doctor and see what they can offer you to help, fluids may be needed frequently because you don't want to get dehydrated at all

I was sick more than 25 times a day- and went to get fluids at least 4 times during my first trimester

Are you able to keep liquids down?
I wasn't able to keep water nevermind water down. Everything that went in came right back up 5 minutes later.
I was put on Diclectin by my doctor.
