PCOS OPK recommendations?

I was just recently diagnosed with higher levels of testosterone in my bloodwork with my 45-52 day cycles...which my doctor believes is PCOS..So that explains why the Amazon Easy at home brand keeps showing blaring positives for many days.. this is today comparing the amazon easy at home vs Clear Blue digital. The digital reader said negative which gives me hope...Do you recommend any brand that detects ovulation mote accurately for those with PCOS (along with temping)??
