Pregnant but no symptoms, and the flu

According to glow im 7w&2d, I haven't been seen by my ob yet and my first appointment isnt until Tuesday.

I haven't had any normal pregnancy symptoms, I haven't had sore breasts, bloating, nausea or vomiting.

I started to feel bad late last week and was diagnosed with the flu yesterday, the doctor knew I was pregnant but wasn't concerned.

Do I need to be worried? Or has any one else gotten the flu and other wise had full healthy pregnancies?
