Slow rising hcg

So here I am again, after deciding to stop ttc I recently found out I’m pregnant. According to the app I’m 5w5d. My last pregnancy ended in ectopic a year ago with my left tube being removed so I’m being monitored until something shows on an ultrasound which Is scheduled for tomorrow. I have no bleeding but do have cramping and back pain. At this point my concern is the way my numbers are rising but not doubling. Here are my numbers. Anyone with similar numbers with a success story. Feeling bummed. I had already came to terms with not having anymore children and now this.
