Annoying Brother in law

I have an annoying brother in law. He is very homophobe and tries to hard to make his 2 year old very masculine. He thinks saying bad words is funny and is always having his son say bad words to my s/o. “Puto” which is like female bitch, “cabron” which is like dumbass in Spanish and “ fuck you”. Every time we see him, which isn’t very often he says them to my 6 month year old son. He thinks it’s so fun and okay to curse at kids. It pisses me off so much and I don’t find it funny for kids to say bad words or the be cussed at. What should I do about this situation? I don’t want to start drama or anything but it’s very annoying. Thanks in advance!
