Weight loss journey
I’ve hit a weight loss plateau! 😱 in the first pictures where I’m wearing the purple dress I weighed in at 198lbs!!!!! That was back in 2015. I lost 30lbs between 2016 and 2017. And I’ve lost a few more pounds in 2018. But now I’m at a weight loss plateau, I’ve been stuck at 155lbs since November. I’ve been watching what I eat every day and exercising at least 4-5 times a week and my job is very active. I just don’t know what else to do, I’m devastated. My goal is to reach 125lbs hopefully by fall. I don’t want to do any crazy diets. No keto or Atkins. I eat fish, seafood, chicken, turkey, and eggs, fruits, and vegetables, and no dairy.
