Getting lied to, do i need to leave again?

I separated from my husband last mth for 2 weeks, because of the way he is.

Hed drink 4-6 bottles of beer everyday and night, and when he drinks, he gets really mad easily, hed yell at me for little to no reasons. He rants to me all night about the problems he have, repeatimg himself constantly, im sometimes part of those problems.

Hes really bipolar, some days he loves me, some days he hates me, most days hes annoyed by me. He always yell at me when hes annoyed, call me names, like bitch, and dumbass.

When i left with the kids, he begged for me to come back, and told me he will change for the kids. He said he wont drink anymore, unless he go out to eat, and thats when hed have one drink. He admitted all of his problems to me, and told me he will change for the better of our kids.

He did seemed to change for 3 days, but afyer that, he went back to his old self, drinking all day and night. Getting mad easily and calling me names.

Idk anymore, lile he doesnt care at all, and he lied to me.
