C section after tummy tuck

Hi All, I have three beautiful children born by c-section 9, 7, and 5. My tummy after all three sections was pretty bad and about 2.5 years ago I have a full tummy tuck, at that time I was certain I did not want anymore children. Fast forward 2.5 years and me and my husband got major baby fever and here we are 11 weeks pregnant! I was assured by my doctor and plastic surgeon it is both safe for mom and baby simply because the tummy tuck just puts you back to a pre-pregnancy body, so you should carry more like your first pregnancy. Just wanted to know if any mommas out there have first hand experience with this? TIA
