Period pain?

How much should a period “hurt”? I know everybody is different, but typically my periods are heavy and I have a lot of uterus shedding. Sometimes it’s oozy blood clots that are long and sometimes bigger than normal. Sometimes the long ones pull out when I wipe and it’s disgusting 😩 also my back pain and ovaries hurt really bad. If I’m driving or standing or even sitting anywhere, shit even laying down! I have to keep moving up and leaning forward or moving around because I get so uncomfortable. A heating pad helps, but is anyone else’s pain and/or blood clots this bad??
