My period is weird I'm super concerned

My period has always been really heavy and on time, but after I got off nexplanon and the mirena iud ((I had the nexplanon first then switched to the iud)) and my periods were feeling sick and almost non existence pink spots that got medium for a while and now for the last three periods ((they've been on time)) it's been like sticky brown discharge that only comes when I use the bathroom along with clumps of clotted blood after intercourse with my long time partner. I always feel like I have to through up constantly on the week of those months. ((I know a lot of you will say find a doctor but I do not have Insurance and have been trying to apply)) please give some advice or insight if you have ever experienced this, or just rant about your period. Thank you
