My period

I try to c why my period come twice in on week I come on my period at the Began of January thin came right back on at the end January with lead in to February that why I thought that wood been my February period but I came back on a week later I don't no if this wood be my last period or is my Body gone thought something but this never happened too me I need some help trying to Figure out why this happened some people's say this my last period and I mite be Pregnant so if anybody no something let me no because I don't thanks
