Could use your help please

So I had a D&C on 1/9/19, and then had a normal period on 2/9/19 exactly a month later. I took a pregnancy test two days ago to see if all the HG was out of my system and I see a vvvfl. What does this mean? I really don't see it possible that I'm pregnant again since I just had my period. How can I still have HG in my system and have a normal period? Has this happened to you? Right now when I wipe I'm seeing trace amounts of old blood when I had nothing since my period. I'm really confused. 😔
