Help😭😫

I found out I was pregnant Feb 13th, I went to the Emergency Room because I was having slight cramps in my back. They said my levels were a little low (500) but didn't say what they were suppose to be, and said that they kinda saw a sac in my ultrasound but wasnt sure. They said I could be just too early to tell much. They put me on bedrest because they thought I could be on the edge of a miscarriage. I've not had any bleeding or cramping, and I still have all my pregnancy symptoms. I go get my levels retested tomorrow, but I'm just super nervous😭 This is my first pregnancy.
