Hard stomach??

So I’m officially 2 days past my due date 😑😑. I am curious that for the past 2 days my stomach is hard as a rock. The way it would be when getting a contraction, but it’s pretty much constant. Anyone else experience this??

I'm 37+4 weeks and I get this sometimes. The first time I noticed it was around 30 weeks I think? My whole uterus was hard as a rock. It didn't hurt. It wasn't cramping or anything. Just hard. I've been trying to track it to see if there's something I'm doing to cause it but I can't find a common thing between each time...?
Sometimes it's after sex. Sometimes I think it's cause I have to pee. Sometimes I'm just sitting on the couch... Idk. Id love to know what you find out.
