Echogenic Bowel at anatomy scan

We had our anatomy scan today at 19w6d and baby girl is doing great, except dr said that she currently shows a bright bowel area called echogenic bowel which is scary sounding and since it could be an indicator of some larger issues (down syndrome, CF, etc) but all of my other tests have come back fine to this point. She said I shouldn’t worry. Has anyone else had this at their ultrasound and what were your outcomes? We go back in 4 weeks to see if it is still an issue. 🤞🏼🙏🏼
