Last night I peed myself. But it wasn’t one of those “I have to owe let me hold it before I get to the toilet” it was a sudden I have to pee and it just came out. Today my underwear was wet but didn’t smell like pee. What could it have been? I’m 32 weeks 4 days

I read if it smells like ammonium, it’s probably pee. But if it smells sweet, you could be leaking amniotic fluid.

Oh yeah, I’ve been peeing myself lately too. Especially at the gym when I’m cycling or stretching ... or actually just everyday tasks. I have panty liners on my grocery list!

Baby is head down and that puts a lot of pressure on your bladder. He/ She could have turned a certain way and caused you to pee. As far as today that was probably watery discharge. Happens to me all the time in later pregnancy.  Im 33+3 with #5 And experience it frequently.
